Hope that everyone had a great summer! Club Loreley’s 70th year continues to be very successful…
A hot and sunny summer day greeted attendees at our annual Sommerfest on Sunday August 10th, 2025. Bonnie kept things lively with great music and Angelika at the bar, kept us hydrated. All ages enjoyed kiddie pool fishing, toys and lots of bubbles. Many thanks to ALL the Volunteer Members that prepared and sold the great food available that day and helped set up and take down the canopies, tables, chairs and décor in the yard. As always, is always a combination of the hard work of volunteers and the attendance of members and guests that make an event successful. Thank you to all!
The sounds of Bierfest Musik kept us entertained and had families dancing on Saturday September 13th, 2025, at our Oktoberfest Biergarten and our Dinner and Dance on September 27th. Great turn out for both days! Martin put the keg holding participants through their paces at the Biergarten! Congrats to repeat winners, Tammy and Matt! Thanks to Premier Brands for the Ceremonial Kegs for both days.
The Club will be full of laughs on Saturday October 18th, 2025, so please get your tickets to our Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Night Dinner and Show. Once again, your Club Loreley Board has chosen three very funny comedians for this event! It’s always a full house for this event so get you tickets ASAP... don’t delay.
We hope to see you on Sunday October 26th, 2025, is the date of our Semi-Annual General Meeting. Start time is 2:00pm. Please do attend, as important information is shared with the membership at these meetings. And as always, your voice is important to Club Loreley, and this is your opportunity to contribute. It is also a great afternoon with cake and coffee provided by the Ladies Auxiliary.
Don’t forget that our Annual Christmas Market, falling on Sunday November 16th, 2025! Get an early start on your holiday shopping. If you have any books German or English or some German items to donate to the Club for fundraising at the Market, please do contact me. New for 2025 – our Market will flow into the backyard with more vendors, seating and hot drinks! To book a space, see Angelika at the bar for an application or send an email to events@clubloreley.org.
If you love Christmas music and dancing, December at Club Loreley never disappoints! Starting with the Loreley Singers Christmas Concert, the afternoon of Sunday December 7th, 2025, followed by our Annual Christmas Dinner and Dance on Saturday December 13th, 2025 with 20-piece band, Mood Swing, we then wrap up the year on Wednesday December 31st, 2025, with our New Years Dinner to ring in the German New Year.
Don’t forget that we are open for Thursday night dinners! Sign up for email blasts to get information about the feature meals or follow the Club on Facebook. Kitchen is open from 4pm to 7pm. Pair your meal with any of the great beers and drinks available at the bar!
